FXH's Backup Solutions make it easy to ensure you'll never lose those precious files and data.  Rather than unreliable consumer hard drives or CDs, your data is securely uploaded to our enterprise-class Dell PowerVault storage array right here in our Monroe office.

Offsite backup not only ensures your data is recoverable in the event of computer problesms, but also fire, theft, viruses, corruption, employee accidents, or other acts of God which could impact your home or business.  We also have CDP (continuous data protection) services available providing realtime instant offsite preservation of your data, as well as total hardware replacement plans, giving you as good as same-day turnaround installing a brand new hard disk preloaded by our staff with your latest data from our repository.  Trust us to get you back in service -- fast.

Types of Backup Available:

rsync/FTP Backup

Like what you may already be familiar with, these plans allow you to select individual files and directories to backup via FTP or rsync.  This is an idea solution if you are looking to upload single files or a small number of files.

R1Soft CDP Backup

FXH's R1Soft solution offers you our highest level of protection.  An agent is installed on your server and an entire image of your drive(s) is uploaded onto our backup servers.  Our software is set to automatically upload changes to our server.  Should disaster strike, an identical physical hard drive is loaded into your servers and the latest stable image is restored.  This is a perfect solution if your business relies on a particular server with mission critical data.

StoreGrid Backup

Much like what you may already be familiar with, these plans allow you to select individual files and directories to backup.  Our staff will setup a completely automated schedule for your backup based on your unique situation.  These folders and files are then seemlessly uploaded to our server in the background based on that schedule.
