FXH, Inc Announces Acquisition of Hill Technologies, LLC

TUCSON, AZ -- FXH, Inc, an IT solutions company, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Hill Technologies, LLC (HillTech). Hill Tech is a North Louisiana web development firm specializing in comprehensive website solution packages. FXH, Inc. has been a provider of various hosting and server-related technical services for HillTech.

"This is a tremendous step forward for both companies." said Ryan Matthew Gyure, FXH's Chief Executive Officer. "This acquisition enables us to continue to enhance our products and services and expand our capabilities to include web development services."

HillTech has contracted FXH, Inc to provide its primary hosting resources for the last two years, in their Houston, TX datacenter. The two firms have since worked collectively on several joint projects, and company representatives believe the close working relationship will help ease the transition.

Over the past six months, FXH, Inc has placed substantial investments in its hardware resources and has opened a new office suite in downtown Tucson.

The company will go by the FXH name and be headquartered in Tucson, Arizona.
